Learn how to make Delicious and Juicy Tandoori Chicken Momos with our chef Varun Inamdar. <br /><br />Tandoori Chicken Momos is a Tandoori twist to a basic steamed momos. It taste's extremely delicious and the smokey flavour, makes it more aromatic. <br /><br />Ingredients For Dough:<br />(Serves 3)<br />- 1/2 cup Water<br />- 1 1/2 cup Refined Flour<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Oil<br />- Water<br /><br />Ingredients For Filling:<br />- 1/2 cup Leftover Chicken Tandoori(boneless)<br />- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves <br />- 1 tsp Green Chilli(chopped)<br />- 1/2 Onion(chopped)<br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Lemon Juice<br /><br />Ingredients For Tandoori Masala:<br />- 1/2 cup Yogurt <br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala<br />- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder<br />- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi<br />- 1 tsp Lemon Juice <br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Oil<br /><br />Ingredients For Tandoori Chicken Momos:<br />- 2 tbsp Oil<br />- Tandoori Masala<br />- 1 pc. Charcoal <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take refined flour in a large bowl and add salt, oil, water to it 2. Knead it to form a dough, and cover the bowl for around 15-20 minutes <br />3. Now, take leftover boneless chicken in a bowl, add coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, chopped onion, salt, lemon juice over it <br />4. Mix it, and keep it aside <br />5. Now, take yogurt in a bowl, and add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, lemon juice, salt, oil, to it <br />6. Give it a mix and keep it aside<br />7. Now, take the dough which was kept aside; cut it onto small pieces and roll it <br />8. Now, take one flat rolled dough, and, at its center add 1 tbsp of Tandoori filling <br />9. Cover it with the help of some water, and keep it side <br />10. Do the same, with remaining dough pieces, and steam them <br />11. Once steamed, heat some oil in a pan, and add tandoori masala to it <br />12. Cook it till the oil starts separating, and simultaneously, heat a piece of charcoal <br />13. Once the oil is separated, carefully pick momos, and place it in th pan <br />14. Give it a stir and flip it, so the momos get cooked on both the sides <br />15. Now, place a steel bowl in the pan; add hot charcoal in it, then add oil over the charcoal, and cover the pan for around 30 seconds <br />16. Take it out and serve it
